Step 1: Enter Primary Parent Information
Start by entering your own information as the primary parent account. This parent will be responsible for enrolling the child(ren) into classes and paying tuition/fees.

Step 2: Add Family Information
Next, use the “Add Family Member” button to enter details for your child(ren) to be enrolled, a second parent/guardian (if applicable) and other contacts for school staff to use if either parent cannot be reached.

Why is birthday required?

Recognizing Staff members, friends and other parents birthday’s can makes someone’s day a little brighter! There may also be an age requirement for classes or events. If you are uncomfortable providing this information you can simply select the option to hide it from the directory so only you can see it.

Bridge the Gap Learning Center: Terms and Conditions

I understand that I must pay the New Member Fee within 24 hours of account approval or I will be deaurthorized from the parent portal.

Payment Policy:

Deposit:

The deposit is equal to one month’s tuition.
The deposit is non-refundable.
The deposit will be used to cover the last month's payment.

Supply Fees

Supply fees are a one-time cost and will be paid at registration.
Supply fees vary based on courses.
Supply fees are non-refundable.
Supply fees do not cover the cost of textbooks.

Payment Process

Payments can be made online through BTG website. There is a 2.95% plus .35 processing fee for credit cards. There is a flat $1.25 processing fee for ACH transactions.
Bridge the Gap is an authorized ESA+ service provider through the NC State Education Assistance Authority and can invoice for ESA+ payments.
Payments can be made by cash or check at Bridge The Gap Learning Center.

Monthly Tuition

Monthly tuition payments are due on the 1st of the month.
A late fee of $5 will occur for late payments not received by the 5th of each month.
Recurrent non or late payment is grounds for removal from Bridge the Gap Learning Center.
Once payments are made in full, the family can start the re-enrollment process.

Refunds

Bridge the Gap will only issue refunds under special circumstances, pending review of BTG Board of Directors, eg: military orders, medical, etc.
Credits or Make-ups will be issued if classes are cancelled for any reason.

School staff will use these contacts if the primary parent cannot be reached.
